FishEye Privacy Policy

Introduction
This Privacy Policy applies to the FishEye – Fishing Spot Finder mobile application (the “Application”), developed by Omar Haddia / OmarDevSolutions (the “Service Provider”).
The Application allows users to upload or take photos of fishing spots in order to receive AI-based analysis and fishing-related information. The Application is available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
By using the Application, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
Information We Collect
Personal Information (Optional for Support)
The Application does not automatically collect any personal information.
The only personal information you may voluntarily provide is your email address when contacting support. This information is used solely to respond to your request.
Images
You may submit:
- Photos or images of fishing areas or spots for analysis.
No other personal data or information is collected or required.
How Your Data Is Used
Real-time Processing
Images submitted to the Application are processed in real time to analyze fishing spots and generate AI-based results.
No Storage
Neither the Application nor external APIs store your images permanently.
APIs Used
- Image Analysis API: Temporarily processes images to analyze fishing areas. Images are deleted immediately after processing.
No Further Use
Your images are never sold, shared, reused, or stored for any other purpose.
Third-Party Services
The Application may use trusted third-party AI services for image analysis. These services:
- Only process images temporarily to provide the requested analysis
- Do not retain or store images beyond the processing session
- Are bound by strict confidentiality obligations
Data Sharing
FishEye does not share your images or data with third parties except:
- When required by law (e.g., court order or legal investigation)
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of the Service Provider or users
- With trusted service providers under strict confidentiality agreements
Data Retention
No images or data are stored permanently.
All images used for analysis are deleted immediately after processing is completed.
Children’s Privacy
The Application is not intended for children under 9 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data during transmission and processing, including secure and encrypted communication. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it. This will terminate all data processing.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
