FishEye Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the FishEye – Fishing Spot Finder mobile application (the “Application”), developed by Omar Haddia / OmarDevSolutions (the “Service Provider”).

By using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

2. Use of the Application

The Application allows users to upload or take images of fishing areas in order to receive AI-based analysis, spot identification, and fishing-related information.

• You must be at least 9 years old to use the Application.
• You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes.

3. Optional Personal Information

The Application does not automatically collect personal information.

You may voluntarily provide personal information (such as an email address) when contacting support. This information is used solely to respond to your support request.

4. Image Data

• You may submit photos or images of fishing spots for analysis.
• Images are processed in real time and are not stored permanently.
• Your images are never sold or shared, except as required by law or with trusted service providers under strict confidentiality obligations.

5. Data Security

Reasonable measures are taken to protect data during transmission and processing. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

6. Children’s Privacy

The Application is not intended for children under 9 years old.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it.

FishEye may suspend or terminate access to the Application for violations of these Terms.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• The Application is provided “AS IS”, without warranties of any kind.
• FishEye is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application.
• The Application’s AI-based analysis and suggestions are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee results or replace professional fishing knowledge or local regulations.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

10. Changes to Terms

FishEye may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
